LISA HANLEY IS a TRAVEL WRITER, JOURNALIST and COMPANY FOUNDER based in UK & AROUND EUROPE.
Her latest project, Ankha Azzura is a media company she has been developing for the last year – the website launched at the end of May and has seen global growth.
Starting a media career a decade ago as a fashion magazine intern, Lisa has spent over a decade working in radio, tv, video, documentaries, print, digital and social media.
She is a creative with an affinity to come up with original ideas which she has used to fuel her freelance career. From producing award-nominated podcasts, short films, events, ghost writing and founding a magazine she always jokes that if you were to ask her to describe her career in one word, I would say unconventional.
Right now, Lisa is fulfilling her dream of being a travel writer as she spends time travelling to destinations around the world covering hotel openings, events, wellness and culture.

Lisa is a writer first who has worked on books as a ghost writer, she has written scripts for popular broadcast channels and has had her work published in numerous media outlets over the past few years. She knows first hand how to pitch stories news platforms will commission and knows how to develop trend worthy ideas.
